CARMEL SCHOOL, KOTEKAR
The
67th Celebration of the Nations Independence was celebrated
very meaningfully, colorfully and creatively at Carmel School Kotekar. At
first the School Band led the Guests and the other dignitaries to the dais.
This was followed by the MARCH PAST COMPETITION that consisted of 12
Teams of students of std. IV to X marching forward with full vigor and
the leaders holding colorful flags and Pluck cards on which written their class
names accompanied by the rhythm of the Band during which Mr. Ramesh
M.Thumbe the Gazetted Manager B.E.O. Office Mangalore Taluk received the
salute. Mr. Francis Cutinha the President of Dakshina Kannada ‘D’ Group Govt.
Officials Association Mangalore hoisted the flag. The entire Flag
Hoisting Ceremony took place very solemnly instilling in each one the
feelings of Patriotism.
