Carmel College, Modankap - Inaugural and Blessing
Dr. (Sr) Agatha Mary A.C. Superior General of the Apostolic Carmel Inaugurated and Monsignor Denis Moras Prabhu blessed the new College building. Mangalore University Vice-chancellor Dr T C Shivashankaramurthy was the Chief Guests. Sr M Linette A.C. Provincial Superior, Karnataka Province , Ramanath Rai, MLA, Bantwal Taluk, B Dinesh Bhandary, Town Panchayat President, Fr Roque D’Souza, Parish Preist and Sr Edna Furtado AC, Apostolic Carmel Educational Society Secretary were the Guests of Honour. Carmel College Principal Prof H S Fernandes was present on the dais. Sr Maria Gloria welcomed the gathering. Sr Maria Naveena proposed the vote of thanks. Sr Noreen D’Souza compered the programme. The variety cultural programme was also held after the stage programme.
